Bailey, Wiley finalists for 8B judge's seat

The 8B Judicial Nominating Commission met and held interviews Friday in the Des Moines County Courthouse in Burlington.

In compliance with the provisions of Iowa Code Section 46.14, the following named persons, Jennifer Bailey and Shane Wiley, were selected as nominees for the office of Judge of the District Court, 8B Judicial Election District, to fill the judicial vacancy.

Governor Reynolds will appoint one of the nominees within 30 days.
